78: Bill Reid, Stanley Park

So we went to the Bill Reid Gallery of Northwest Coast Art today. It was so cool seeing his wood art and jewelry pieces. All magnificent in their own way. We got to see more variations of "The Raven and the First Men" in gold and different sizes.

Unfortunately, photography was not allowed, so no photos except for the lobby way.

We stopped by the Waterfront and snapped a few photos!

We also went to Stanley Park. We saw lots of cool things like the totem poles. There were tons of Japanese students on an overseas trip or something, because a flood of them appeared and took class photos.

We also saw the seawall and the Lion's Gate Bridge. We went to Prospect Point which had a fantastic view! And we drove by the Hallow Tree!

We headed back to the Cedar Root Gallery to grab some souvenirs and the went for food.
We ate at Harvest Community Food restaurant. Delicious noodle soup bowls like udon and ramen! Yum yum! We had dessert at La Casa Gelato. They had over 218 flavours of ice cream/sorbetto!

The movie of the choice tonight was Happy Feet movie. I thought I've seen the movie, but I guess not. Who doesn't like penguins and singing?
