We woke up at 6am for our ride back to Auckland this morning!

The night before, our host had dropped off a guestbook to sign. So we left a nice message and I left them a good tip on Foursquare. We left the keys in the room and walked to the bus stop at 7am. Our bus arrived and departed on time at 7:30am. I had a quick nap on the bus as there weren't many people coming back in. Luckily, we had our 3DS to entertain ourselves, as it will be 12pm when we arrived in Auckland.

As we drove in, Auckland skyline is pretty nice. We checked into the place we're staying at and dropped our bags and immediately headed back out.

We ate food near the Sky Tower, at Federal Delicatessen. I had a smoked salmon bagel and Keri had a turkey club sandwich. Yum!

After we had some food, we walked to the i-Site place and was greeted with a nice gentleman named Satoshi. He said he was from Japan. And was so nice! Reminded me of Japan. He helped us book two tours for now!

We went up the Sky Tower and got some fantastic shots and views of Auckland. We also saw someone do the Skyjump, where you jump off the Sky Tower. You could also see people doing Skywalk similar to the CN Tower walk around.

After that, we did a quick Ingress local tour and looked around the CBD and the surrounding area. We went to Town Hall and Myers Park. Royalty was visiting the Town Hall area today, so we actually got a glimpse of Prince Charles and Camilla!

After our quick walkabout, we had food at one of the international food courts near where we were staying. I kind of miss Dumpling House.

We were full after that! We made a quick stop at the nearby bakery and supermarket to grab some food for our trip tomorrow. We're going to visit the Glowworms Cave!

We went back to the hotel and watched some news while repacking! Tons of things organized for the next few days!
