Event: FUSION, a Cross-Faction Ingress Event

About the Event: The event was a non-anomaly (Not Official Game Event) competition that both opposing factions can participate. The contest was a Scavenger Hunt in the game of Ingress. Teams of 4 venture via cars throughout the Hamilton/Burlington area to compete with other teams!

Role Description: I provided support to the Event Leader and developed content/information for agents to read regarding the event. Additionally, with my expertise in creative and print, I also maintained a consistent branding of the Fusion logo/event throughout all printed components.

Project Components:
All graphical elements are produced by me unless specified otherwise. 

• Team Registration Forms;
• Clues; I redesigned the clues to ensure consistent branding throughout all the scattered clues that were placed in plastic holders. Clues were also laid out on a sheet to ensure easy cutting/finishing steps to reduce time.

• Summary Page; For any events I assist in organizing, I always provide a 1-page summary for the event. I find that this component is very helpful to any participant during the event.
• Event Information; I proofread event content by the Event leader and developed the event information which is read by over 50 participants.

Overall Feedback:
The event was greatly received and was featured on the Niantic's Official Ingress Report, which is watched by people around the world. I was recognized for my organized and detail-oriented skills by the team leader and all participants.
